In 1999, the founding partners had a vision of a production home building company where teamwork, customer satisfaction and a quality product were top priority. In Pueblo, Colorado, Heritage Homes was born. One year later, the name changed to Todays Homes and the company quickly became one of the leading home builders in Pueblo.

Today we build in numerous communities across Southern Colorado, and are proud to be trusted with one of the most important decisions of people’s lives – buying a home.

At the helm, our President Mil Younkers has built quality homes for families throughout on a national level for over 20 years.
