Sales Associates

Full Time Sales Associate:
Primary responsibility is to sell and close homes while attaining established sales goals.

Part Time Sales Floater:
Primary responsibility to assist in selling homes and accommodating customers while covering a days off or vacations of full time sales consultants.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Have a clear understanding of the sales presentation and effectively apply to obtain monthly sales goals.
• Explain the mortgage process and be able to run payments on all loan types.
• Explain and understand the construction and warranty process.
• Prepare and present all required documents to prospects during the new home purchases process.
• Follow up with any and all needs needed prior to and after closing of the home.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree preferred but not required
• Sales/and or new homes experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must work weekends
